Job Title:

Fire Suppression Technician

Job description:

– Assist customers in fulfilling service needs

– Servicing of customers fire extinguishers including annual maintenance, recharging or repair and hydrostatic testing

– Servicing of customers Emergency and Exit lights to including required maintenance or repair

– Advise customer on fire protection equipment and techniques, as well as fire code standards and interpretation and compliance

– Perform site surveys to educate customers of required related fire protection equipment- Monitor and report issues with operation of company vehicle

– Monitor and maintain proper working order of recharge equipment used on company service vehicle

– Understand product capabilities, warranties, product usages and challenges, to further educate and serve external customers

– Responsible for notifying direct supervisor of any equipment break down or malfunction or any unsafe working conditions

– Responsible for complying and enforcing safety requirements while on company property and at customers site

– Perform other related duties as assigned and as necessary depending on the situation and location. Additional Job Duties will be discussed during interview and final offer. Out of town travel is required.
